About this site

Nick Palazzo is a family blog launched in August 2025 by Nick Palazzo. The site contains letters from Nick Palazzo to his four beautiful daughters about his life and experiences. The letters include stories that need to be told, and cannot be forgotten (and he's afraid he will forget). Nick Palazzo's life has been defined by faith, family and football. These collection of letters share key moments and important developments in these areas. Nick Palazzo's collegiate coach always used to tell him "Thank Heaven for Little Girls," Never have truer words been spoken.

From Nick Palazzo:

To My Little Girls, always remember Daddy loves you more than you will ever know...and Jesus loves you even more.

While a Harvard athlete, Nick Palazzo founded STACK which grew into a global athletic training content sensation with a mission of educating and inspiring youth athletes. STACK was the originator of athlete-centric content produced “For the Athlete, By the Athlete," with a focus on training, nutrition, skills and gear. LeBron James was the first athlete featured by the platform where his high school workout was shared with the world.

At its peak, STACK had more than 15 million monthly unique visitors across its various platforms and a social reach through Facebook and other social platforms of more than 100 million. Early in its evolution, STACK also published a magazine that was distributed directly to high schools, reaching more than 12,000 high schools (75% of the market) with a readership of more than 5 million student-athletes.

STACK was the first mover and creator of the athlete-driven content space, developing content with many of the world’s most iconic athletes such as LeBron James, Brian Urlacher, Michael Jordan, Derek Jeter, Peyton Manning, Kevin Durant, Alex Morgan, Drew Brees, Dwyane Wade, Abby Wambach, Cam Newton, Rob Gronkowski, David Beckham, Chris Paul, Kevin Garnett, Dwight Howard, Serena Williams, Tim Tebow, Skylar Diggins, JJ Watt and Adrian Peterson. In total, STACK worked with more than 1,500 professional athletes generating a global audience sustained through the support of the world's leading sports brands including Nike (who was the first supporter), Gatorade, Reebok, New Balance, Under Armour, Foot Locker, among others.

STACK also had acquired Velocity Sports Performance, the largest youth athletic performance training organization in the United States with more than 40 training locations nationwide, and Driven Apps, the leading developer of sports training technology, with apps featuring superstars Adrian Peterson and Dwyane Wade, creating the nation’s first fully-integrated sports performance service platform, engaging millions of athletes every month.

More recently, Nick Palazzo has created 2x2 Sports to support a variety of sports, health, and fitness programs to benefit young athletes in their schools and communities. The platform also offers access to scholarships that honor high school coaches and teachers that have dedicated their lives to their students and have had a profound impact. The goal of the scholarships are to help young people transform their lives through new educational, faith-based and sports opportunities.
